@big_jarhead @SecDuffy @instapundit @CAgovernor You can't compare the $33B to the $128B because one is in 2010 dollars and the other is in year-of-expenditure dollars. It can be simultaneously true that the project is poorly managed and that it's something we should have done decades ago, along with DC-ATL
