X. A Realtor lists a property operation on RECC with an expected Yield and Timeline (if approved) 
X. Any user can go to RECC and fundraise for the opportunity 
X. RECC makes a loan to the realtor  
X. The realtor executes the operation, generating returns 
X. Realtor gives back the loan funds + yields to RECC X. Users who participated can retrieve their funds + yields on RECC
