To set this up, you'll need a generator, mining container, and miners. The generators require a transformer and switchgear on the power side, regulators and a flow meter on the gas side. You might setup at a CTB (central tank battery), the collection point for outputs (oil, gas, NGLs, water, sand, etc.) from wells. The operator separates water and oil (possibly NGLs, details later), with gas piped to the flare. You T off before the flare: a flowmeter for gas volume costs about $6k. You'll need two gas regulators before the genset, priced $4k-$10k each: one at custody transfer near the flowmeter (dropping from high line pressure, potentially hundreds of psi, to ~40 psi, use a Kimray pressure regulator), and another into the genset (as low as to 1-2 psi, use a lever acting regulator). Add some HSLA 2" pipe and fittings for ~$1,000.
