Asian markets mostly higher Thursday, as investors assessed the fall in Japan’s exports for 2nd consecutive month as U.S. President Trump also reiterated at the same meeting that a XX% tariff  will apply to Japanese imports, saying he doesn't expect to reach a broader trade deal.
