What happened today carries weight.

For the first time, there’s meaningful movement on U.S. policy that treats digital assets with the seriousness they require. 

The GENIUS and CLARITY Act passing the House is about recognition, process, and long-overdue structure.

Aptos was part of this effort in a way that will last. @AveryChing words in that June hearing were not a side note, they were documented, cited, and carried forward into the report itself.

This moment was earned, through steady involvement, showing up when it counted, and understanding the responsibility that comes with building anything meant to last.
