219-210: House largely along party lines passed legislation prohibiting the Federal Reserve from issuing central bank digital currency (CBDC). It's the third and final bill as part of the GOP's "Crypto Week." Two Democrats voted Yes with all Republicans. Anti-CBDC Surveillance State Act now heads to the Senate.
