FBI Offers $X Million Bounty for Tren de Aragua Terror Leader

Giovanni Vicente Mosquera Serrano, a senior figure in the violent transnational gang Tren de Aragua, is now one of the FBI’s most wanted. The gang, officially labeled a foreign terrorist organization, is accused of drug and weapons trafficking, human trafficking, and brutal violent crimes. A $X million reward is being offered for information leading to his capture.
