Thanks to @ankurmittal and @greatindianmile's great content, I bought the Accor China 20-night package.

I did it differently, so here are my steps:

X. Downloaded and installed the WeChat APK.
X. Used a relative's overseas phone number from the Netherlands to create an account.
X. Created a WeChat account.
X. Needed an existing WeChat user to scan my barcode for verification.
X. A friend helped verify my account, giving me a fully functional WeChat account.
X. Scanned the QR code, opened the Accor mini-app, bound the WeChat phone number to the app using OTP, and logged in with email and password. OTP-based email login didn’t work for me.
