@0pinion_Haver @IASI_AOT @cafreiman Why do you think it is reasonable to be competing against BlackRock ($10T AUM), Blackstone ($1T AUM), etc, when purchasing a home? That is completely insane, will lead to all of us being renters one day if all of the financial institutions own all of the homes, and helps nobody.
