Seeing some confusion regarding salary matching in a potential Kuminga S&T.

While BYC lowers the outgoing figure to XX% of the actual, salary matching rules still apply on top of it.

(Ex: Kuminga signs for $20M, outgoing salary is $10M, Warriors can take back up to $18.5M)
