This is not exactly a new thought, but as long as the overall market (i.e. techs) keeps going up, E&P will remain a source of funds. Earnings season and guidance will likely be brutal for E&Ps, but the overall direction for 2H25 should be evident after the markets incorporate the news.  Consensus is still high, IMO.
