ICE will gain access to personal data of XX million Medicaid enrollees, including addresses and ethnicities, to locate immigrants potentially living in the U.S. illegally, per The Associated Press. 

The agreement was signed on Monday between the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services and DHS.

The deal allows ICE to track “the location of aliens” nationwide. 

The Trump administration has not confirmed this report yet.
