My old Tesla Model X (2024 AWD) sold at auction for ~$33,000 out of lease to a dealership, likely going to go for ~$35-36K on the used market after the dealership gets it. 

When you take into account state/federal tax credit, ~$9250, that's ~$4K lost in XX months and 9k miles
