That’s correct — before making an exchange, you’ll need to wait for the 7-day period to pass. Once that’s over, the exchange function will become available.

I understand this might be inconvenient, but at the moment it’s the only viable solution we have. We’re actively exploring different ways to improve this experience, and hopefully, we’ll soon be able to offer new options that allow you to make exchanges without the wait.
