A pure SaaS player $CLOV will have a much easier time entering spaces nationwide, contrary to an asset-heavy business like OPEN. 2) @CloverHealth @counterparthlth is targeting a 4T dollar market, double the size of the 2T real estate market you just cited. 3) There is already sizeable evidence that Clover/Counterpart IS scaling faster than OPEN. Check my recent tweets for proof. 4) Housing is cyclical and moves in waves. That market is volatile and prone to caving in like we've seen before and may be seeing again soon.
