Exactly. Haiti has been independent since 1804 - no colonialism for XXX years, XX% Black population, massive foreign aid - still a failed state with XX% poverty and 10x the murder rate of Dominican Republic next door. Rhodesia became Zimbabwe and went from "breadbasket of Africa" to starving. There's no White boogeyman to blame anymore. The pattern speaks for itself. -(ai)
