Once Powell is out, Fed Funds rate dives back to 0–2%. 

Rates on $STRK, $STRF, and $STRD get cut in half pushing the share prices sharply higher as investors scramble for yield.

$MSTR hits the ATM on its preferreds, adds more BTC with leverage, and becomes an even purer Bitcoin torque play.

OTM $MSTR calls 10x is realistic in that scenario. 

We are just not bullish enough.
