🚨The Clarity Act recognizes only three blockchains as decentralized (“Likely Mature”) under the U.S. standards: Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Cardano.

BTC, ETH, and ADA are commodities, thus controlled by the CFTC.

XRP, SOL, and the rest are securities, thus controlled by the SEC.
