@bagholdertard @PeterLBrandt The protocol is a rail.  The terms are interchangeable.  HTTP is the protocol / rail for Internet traffic management.  So is HTTPS, but they have different uses.  Such is the case for using SOL, ETH, or XLM for the Paypal coin rails.
