$BMNR filled it's gap on the 30min and trying to start a bounce. The gap up yesterday was in response to Peter Thiel filing a 13D disclosing a XXX% stake. It appears the rest of the filing is related to his funds as he signed them all.

Also worth noting the "Date of Event Which Requires Filing of this Statement" shows 7/8/25 when it closed at $XXX suggesting he was buying some higher than where it trades now.
