I've been super critical of the current state of SocialFi/InfoFi lately.

Regardless, I think some companies are leveraging it well though. Polkadot is giving $100k/m to people talking about their platform - but what I find interesting is that it's going to actual people talking about it (and not farmers). 

Most socialfi leaderboards are extremely easy to exploit if you understand what's weighted in the algo, making it pretty easy for large accounts to take advantage of.

With actually promoting people talking about the tech, you have products like FIFA Rivals being able to scale much much larger and reach more real users (in a market that's actually super difficult to penetrate).

so, in this scenario, socialfi gud and so is polkadot and fifa rivals for leveraging a new technology in a cool way that adds value back to the ecosystem
