@N0RINCO @TinajeroLe52147 @BattlementLK Almost. State capitalism means that all big companies are state owned. That is true for many big companies in China (PetroChina, Sinopec, ICBC, China Construction Bank etc.) but many are in private hands (Alibaba, Tencent, JD, Huawei, BYD, etc.).
