After spending over $70m on the Google ads platform, I realized one thing:

Scaling your revenue with Google Ads doesn’t happen by accident.

It’s not luck.

It’s not a “magic campaign.”

Rather, it comes down to doing X of these X things really well:

X. Allowing proper budget distribution by forcing the algorithm to spend 60%+ budget on best sellers & the rest on testing

X. Segmenting out branded vs non-branded traffic separately

X. Optimizing landing pages + product feed based on the Insights section (real data)

X. Expanding beyond the major campaign types (Pmax, search)

X. Rewarding the algorithm when performance is good vs punishing it when it's bad

Pretty simple.
