Solana overtook Ethereum this cycle, becoming the preferred chain for meme coins.

This was due to Solana’s low gas fees + speed. In turn, it flipped Ethereum as the main narrative.

Solana’s price drove up around 36x - from the 2023 bear market bottom, to its peak in 2025. SOL/ETH also recorded a 14X from the bottom.

ETH was outclassed & dethroned 👑
