From here on, what's happening in south #Syria is way below policy or politics levels. There has been blood between two tribes, the Bedouins and the Druze. This usually invites an endless cycle of revenge. Arab traditions and tribal code has several instructions on how to deal with this situation, which many families are now invoking.
In this video, Bedouin families took refuge with a Druze household. The reason they did that was because, in tribal code, an Arab is obliged to take in, feed, and protect anyone who is in distress and seeks help. 
The Druze sheikh, speaking in the video, tries to reassure the Bedouins that there will be no revenge or blood between them. He asks them to prepare their cares and drive back to their homes, and promises them that nothing will happen. 
The two sides are now deploying all sorts of tribal tactics to stop the blood spilling cycle.
