@jbrandimore @HoldenWalker99 @AlexWil11433084 The key word is "offer". JPS holders are free to refuse; personally I would refuse only XXX shares of $FNMA per X share of $FNMAS. It would take at least 5:1 for me to accept.

Where do you see market price in the Collins opinion? I couldn't find that reference.
