A homeowner purchased a three-bedroom house in Jackalcreek as an investment and hired an agent, Gerald Mwandiambira, to find a tenant. Gerald Mwandiambira, who also provides financial planning advice on Power, Metro, Radio 2000, and SABC1, secured a tenant who paid R180,000 in rent up to October. However, Mwandiambira only transferred R120,000 to the homeowner, claiming the remaining amount would be paid later. Mwandiambira has since disappeared and blocked the homeowner's attempts to contact him.
