Cetaphil is my choice but CeraVe, Neutrogena, La Roche-Posay etc. are all great as well. Test some out and see which one you like the best. The key with moisturizers and sunscreens is that you want consistent and liberal use. That's going to make the biggest difference. No sense in spending hundreds of dollars on super fancy products that you can't afford to use liberally.
