📉 Jobless claims fell for the 5th straight week, down to 221K, the lowest since April.

⭐️ Continuing claims hit 1.96M (highest since Nov 2021)
⭐️ Laid-off workers aren’t finding new jobs
⭐️ Economists call it a “no-hire, no-fire” market
⭐️ Fed likely to hold rates higher for longer. There will be no interest rate cut in July

The labor market isn’t crashing, it’s just stuck.
