Our Biz Jet Tracker gives $NSC the edge of $CSX. UNP in Atlanta this week.

But ... MS advised NSC on CP approach in 2015 and did defense on '24 Ancora proxy fight. Were NSC in deep talks with UNP, we think it would be working for NSC.
