Looks like you're promoting a locked down North Korean style society with your false accusations.

He has a First Amendment right to publish code. That's all he ever did. If criminals misuse his code, that is still not a crime for him to publish that code. Even that being the case, he still went out of his way to institute filtering on the version of the UI that he was publishing to prevent criminal misuse. Beyond that, he created a cryptographic compliance tool that cryptocurrency exchanges could require their clients to use to prove that their withdrawal from Tornado Cash were not linked to any criminal deposits. So once again, you are lying and trying to put an innocent man in prison.
