JUST IN: ERDOGAN SPEAKS WITH SYRIAN PRESIDENT AFTER ISRAEL STRIKES DAMASCUS:

Erdogan called Syria’s President to discuss the latest Israeli attacks on Damascus and southern Syria.

He voiced strong support for the ceasefire deal reached in Sweida between the government and Druze groups after days of deadly fighting.

Turkey says it will “continue to support the Syrian people,” as it has throughout the civil war and its aftermath.
