The way that launch went down was indeed unfortunate, however that contract was written, having a launch function that prevented trading prior to launch, combined with a preannounced launch time means the initial buyers could have been literally anyone.

Accusations without proof don't reflect badly on the acusee, they reflect badly on the accuser.
