$SAIH a XX% spread on the bid/ask leads me to think the float is locked up. This reminds me of DRYS back in 2016 when the float locked up and ran from $X to $XXX while the dry bulk shipping sector exploded.

This time it's SMR sector that is hot and SAIH is the smallest market cap and float after their r/s earlier this year.
