In fact finding: 

X. it’s unclear where this is and who that is 
X. the scattered body parts and the child’s head being split in half clearly and strongly indicate that this stems from an explosion rather than an execution or beheading 

There is currently no evidence that would link this incident to the Druze resistance. 
It is entirely possible that this was a mortar strike by Druze factions but there is not yet any evidence. 

Further investigation is needed instead of randomly blaming any faction.
