will post here since others ask, I would wake up at X am because my back / leg hurt bad, fixed now

1) you likely need a new office chair, I dumped my herman miller aeron, for the herman miller GAMING Logitech, Embody, been sitting a ton this month, made a big difference  

2) sciatic nerve pain is trigger by poor flexibility and core strength in your lower back and abs and leg flexibility  

3) you need to actively work on it everyday, it will never get better on its own

4) do this EVERYDAY. you cannot overdo these or do them too many times, you dont want to strain yourself too bad etc etc    



actually take it serious and do it everyday (morning works best for me), dont quit after X day, takes 1-2 weeks and youll feel WAY better youll be shocked  

and the last thing is do these 10-20-30 times a day. I went to a specialist therapist for this and he said #1 thing in the world that will fix this is, multiple times a day I do these
