@Nobuya23 No, the price has swung from by $.30 USD since the budgeting process started, it’s unfair to ask proposals to chase ADA valuations.  Setting a XXX day average is ok with me, project can return unused funds if needed.

There are absolutely zero guarantees that ADA price is stable.
