Need to see bigger sample size but you have to love what you have seen with his hand placement, release and the results •He desperately needs to work on his handle, this is something he is extremely aware of, which is a plus. He currently cannot handle the ball pressure that an NBA player will bring to the table. •Needs to be in the weight room. Lower body isn’t explosive or strong enough to attack close-outs, get downhill and overall he’s too skinny fend off defenders attacking his handle. Also is well aware of this, so that’s good. •The defense was better than I expected. Used his length, vision and high IQ to make some good plays on the basketball and shut down a few transition opportunities. Common theme, he will have to get stronger to be better defensively. I don’t think he will be a negative on that end long-term. •Passing has been ok, horrid environment to be a playmaker though. Overall, I like what I have seen from Egor Dëmin. The leadership qualities are very clear, extremely well spoken and vocal on the court. Takeaway from Egor Dëmin’s Summer League:
