$PGY - 🔥Q2 financial results look great.  BUT, don't miss out why they released them early.

"Pagaya is making this announcement in connection with its ongoing evaluation of opportunities to proactively optimize its balance sheet and lower the cost of capital on its existing debt to drive continued growth and profitability."

Balance sht optimization for a lower cost of capital and better economics from top to bottom.  They are firing on all cylinders.  

Remember a key thesis of this investment.  As FRLPC increases most of it drops to the bottom line.  This is a cash flow monster in the making 🚀🚀🚀
