Wow, Opendoor $OPEN continues to surge. Officially a meme stock now, hitting $X in pre-market and now up almost XXX% over the past month on no significant news. Just a narrative change. 

Yes, it could be double digit stock but a lot needs to happen to get its gross margins up from a paltry X% to generate any serious cash flow and earnings to justify a greater valuation.
