Netanyahu on Syria:

We set a clear policy—demilitarization south of Damascus, from the Golan to Jabal al-Druze, and protection of the Druze.

The Syrian regime violated both. It sent troops south and began massacring Druze. That was unacceptable.

So I ordered the IDF to strike—powerfully. We hit the militias, armored vehicles, and the Syrian Defense Ministry in Damascus.
This led to a ceasefire and Syrian forces retreating.

This ceasefire came through strength—not pleas. We’ll continue this policy:
No Syrian troops south of Damascus. No harm to the Druze.
