@b3l_Air Thank You. If Corporate SA like @WOOLWORTHS_SA with majority PIC shareholding can bypass BEE & the LRA by contracting foreign labour as Independent contractors, why can’t other employers do the same? They’ve set a precedent, no? They can also contract non employee workers.
