In May I posted that I believe the cabal is cusip swapping in $HMBL to hide counterfeit shorts in $GME
Found another one last night
We know they cusip swapped to hide $MMTLP naked shrts
I also think they are using $FXLV to hide naked shares of $FNGR 
Not a coincidence imo
