NEW: Muslim immigrants accused of an attempted "honor killing" of their daughter in Washington State.

Ihsan and Zahraa Ali of Lacey face charges of assault, attempted murder, and attempted kidnapping, according to reports.

Court records state the 17-year-old girl was threatened with an "honor killing" by her father after she declined a trip to Iraq for an arranged marriage with an older man.
