#CANADA: ARSENAL SMASH TRANSFER RECORD: SIGNS OLIVIA SMITH IN £1M RECORD DEAL
Arsenal Women have shattered the transfer ceiling by signing Canadian striker Olivia Smith from Liverpool for a world-record fee of £1 million, marking a historic moment in women’s football.

At just XX years old, Smith becomes the first female player to command a seven-figure transfer fee, surpassing the previous record set by Chelsea’s £900,000 acquisition of Naomi Girma.
