𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝘀:

- Mahindra & Mahindra (M&M) has approved subscribing to the rights issue of Mahindra Logistics Limited (MLL). 👍

▪  M&M will fully subscribe to its rights entitlement at ₹277 per share.  This includes a premium of ₹267 per share.
▪  M&M is also prepared to subscribe to any remaining shares from the rights issue.  This will be up to the full issue size of MLL.  This is subject to compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

𝗗𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗹𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝘀 𝗜𝘀𝘀𝘂𝗲:

- MLL's rights issue involves equity shares with a face value of ₹10 each. 📜
- The total issue size is ₹749.26Cr.  This is based on the assumption that the entire issue will be fully subscribed.
- The entire issue price will be paid at the time of application.  This means all funds will be paid upfront.
- M&M's approval is subject to fulfilling minimum public shareholding requirements under the Securities Contract (Regulation) Rules, 1957 and SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. 📝
