Gen Moses Ali, 86, was forced to wait for over three hours due to delays in the delivery of voting materials for the Adjumani West Constituency #NRMPrimaries. He arrived at his polling station at 10AM, as communicated by the NRM registrar, but by 1PM, voting had not yet started. #MonitorUpdates
