Instead of lending money to small businesses and American families in hopes of growing our economy, big banks are holding on to their capital and getting rich doing it. Why would they lend money when the Fed pays them NOT to?

It’s time for this practice to end. My bill, End the Fed’s Big Bank Bailout Act, does just that.
