2022-2025: Designing the Hardware and Rolling Out Altruist Dev Kits
With a strong foundation in sensor mapping, and analytics services, we decided to design our own sensor hardware instead of custom-assembling kits for each user. It took three years and about seven iterations - from PCB design and manufacturing in China to assembly, casing, and real-world testing. Now, in mid-2025, the two-module Altruist air quality sensor is ready for online sales!
