NY FED SERVICES INDEX CONTINUED TO BOUNCE BACK IN JULY ... STILL IN CONTRACTION AT -9.3, BUT WELL OFF RECENT LOWS

The NY Fed Services Index showed continued improvement in July, reaching -XXX. While still in contraction, it is significantly better than the recent lows, suggesting that the services sector is stabilizing after recent struggles.
